My spec: Legion 7i (8th gen) RTX 4080/Intel 13900HX Custom: (Performance) CPU/Platform Short Term Power Limit- 125w or 130w. But I did mention this was a basic undervolt. Im not sure if GFE would even allow it. +1000 on Memory. The RTX 4070 is based on the same "AD104" silicon that the RTX 4070 Ti maxes out, but is heavily cut down.
